Apple and Spinach Slaw

Ingredients

Preparation

For dressing, in a small bowl stir together the mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt or sour cream, honey, Dijon-style mustard, and dash salt, stir in apple.

In a medium mixing bowl combine the cabbage, spinach, and onion. Toss to mix. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
