Tina Maria Romano is Corporate Internal Communications Manager at Indesit Company a leading manufacturer and distributor of major domestic appliances present in 38 sites worldwide engaging a highly diversified workforce of 16,000 people. She has been driving New Media Communication for Indesit for ten years developing expertise in Digital Communication, Content Creation and Community Management by implementing a number of breakthrough digital projects. Among her achievements: the launch of the first Company Brand Web Sites in 2001 and the first live streaming event for the international media community to announce the new Company name. In 2009 she launched the first 2.0 Intranet- Winner at 2009 Excellence Award and directed the first New Chairman live streaming event to the worldwide internal audience. She is Executive Producer of the Company Web TV and author of the Group?s internal communication Web TV formats and Web Based House Organ in five languages. In the past Tina has been Corporate Identity and New Media Manager, Web Marketing Manager and Consumer Service Project Manager. Before joining Indesit Company she has worked at Orbit Communications Satellite Broadcasting Company and as a free lance Radio Speaker and producer. Tina is based at Indesit HQ in Fabriano where she also lives with her family.?
